The Fabulous Energy-Control Meditation Technique

(Note: The meditation method that this blog is based on should not be confused with Energy Meditation or any other form of meditation that makes reference to or is associated with the term "energy." All of those forms involve things like auras, positive energy, negative energy, and even the notion that all physical objects are energy, including the coffee cup you used to have your morning coffee. The technique discussed here is not even remotely similar to any of those and should not be confused with any of those in any way, shape, or form.)

Inventor of The Energy-Control Meditation Technique

Discoverer of the Energy Factor

With so many different forms of meditation out there - yoga, chakra, transcendental, energy, tai-chi chi gong, and the endless list goes on - how do you know what method to choose? The answer is actually quite simple. If you're going to set aside the time to meditate, you want to choose a form of meditation that's based on the way that your mind actually works. There is only one form of meditation out there that is and that's the technique that I invented in 2001 - the Energy-Control Meditation Technique, or ECMT for short. In fact, one of the added benefits of learning how to do my technique is that in the process you also learn the way that your mind works. And why wouldn't you want to know that?

It is energy that powers the mind. Consequently, to understand how your mind works you need to understand how your mind uses energy. One of the keys to understanding the way that your mind works is understanding the phenomenon that I discovered back in 2001 - the energy factor. You must understand the energy factor to understand the way that your mind works. Here are just some of the things that the energy factor explains in whole or in part:

  • Personality
  • Aging
  • Good health
  • Depression
  • Fatigue
  • Grief
  • Emotions

In fact, I like to say that the energy factor explains everything!

There can be incredible advantages associated with understanding the way your mind works. Here are some of the things that you can accomplish when you learn how to manipulate the energy factor:

  • Rid your mind of anything that's bothering you, including things that might've dogged you for years!
  • Reverse the aging process!
  • Refresh, replenish, rejuvenate your body!
  • Eliminate fatigue!
  • Set your personality straight!
  • Reset all your circuits to minimum, or zero, energy factor!
  • Feel years younger!

Virtually every health anomaly that I had before stumbling onto this sensational technique either significantly improved or disappeared entirely after I started practicing ECMT. Here are just some of the wondrous things that I've experienced from ECMT, including several that I chronicle in my book:

  • Skin that had been sagging stopped sagging.
  • Wrinkles on my skin completely disappeared
  • In areas on my skin where there were reddish, purplish veins, those veins completely disapeared.
  • I no longer get fatiqued at all. And keep in mind, I'm 57 now!
  • Things that ate at my mind and dogged me for years stopped dogging me completely, including grief.
  • Several growths that were on my skin before disappeared after.

To see a picture of what I looked like a month-and-a-half before my 57th birthday click here: Me

In fact, since I stumbled on to ECMT nine years ago I haven't had any health issues that required me to consult with a doctor of any kind!

Here are just two of the theories of mine that I discuss in the book:

  • There's an energy factor associated with each thought. What the energy factor does is it determines how much energy the thought can get when it taps into the energy source for the energy that it needs to be sustained. What I also discovered was that that energy factor can be reset to a minimum value. That's why my technique can rid a person's mind of whatever is bothering them.
  • Depression is the result of the presence of many thoughts in a person's mind that have large energy factors that are competing for the energy. Solution: Just reset the energy factors of those thoughts. That's why drug-based approaches to treating depression are ridiculous.

The Energy-Control Meditation Technique is just simply the purest form of meditation there is. I did transcendental meditation for 25 years. I did ECMT just once and never went back to the inferior TM again. Your life will never be the same!

(All claims and theories are based on what I myself experienced and not on any scientific evidence or proof)

The new 36-page paperback version "The Fabulous Energy-Control Meditation Technique and more..." was just published and is typically the least expensive book on meditation found anywhere on the Internet (typically just $11.99 plus shipping on the following Web sites (shipping rates may vary)):

ECMT not Yoga

Written by Jesse Attreau

A small number of misguided or malicious minded people have tried to assert that the Energy-Control Meditation Technique is the same thing as yoga. It's only been a small number to date - most people would know better - but I think the issue nevertheless still needs to be addressed.

The people who have been claiming that the Energy-Control Meditation Technique, or ECMT, is the same thing as yoga have been basing their claim on one thing and one thing only. They say that because I discuss
a state that I refer to in my book as "mind shutdown," ECMT is yoga because
yoga was defined as the restraint of thought. Well, what those misguided people need to understand is that you can't just pick one thing that I say to quote out of context so you can then just say: "There. You see. ECMT is yoga."

Because my technique resets energy factors in a person's mind, anyone arguing that ECMT is the same thing as yoga must therefore also state that yoga resets energy factors. And if they're going to say that then they must also state that the ancient yogis discovered the energy factor 2000 years ago and not me in 2001.

The fact is, these people haven't made either of those two claims yet, nor will they because they know that they can't. In fact, to this day they've stringently tried to avoid making any mention of the energy factor at all. And that's precisely why in the end they're just making gigantic fools out of themselves. The fact is, the ancient yogis didn't even know what energy even was!

On top of that, I recently pointed out that even the one argument that these people do make is in actuality that argument's own best rebuttal. You see, whereas yoga
might've been defined as the restraint of thought, ECMT is not. ECMT is defined
as energy control or, more specifically, the resetting of energy factors. While some forms of yoga might be all about the restraint of
thought, ECMT is all about energy control and the resetting of energy factors. If any restraint of thought occurs
while performing ECMT it is only as a consequence of performing ECMT correctly;
it is not the technique itself, though. Nor is ECMT's mindshutdown yoga's
restraint of thought. The two are entirely different. Restraint of thought is something that anyone can do at any time. Just stop thinking. There, you've restrained your thought. That isn't mind shutdown, folks. Consequently, when you say that yoga was defined as the restraint of thought, you're stating right up front just exactly why ECMT is not the same thing as yoga.

Nor for that matter does ECMT focus on breathing pattern or incorporate the use of a mantra, or use visual focuses, or involve any physical contortions like yoga does, making the claims of those people all the more ridiculous. In fact, the differences between yoga and ECMT are so profound that the motive or intellect of anyone asserting they're the same should immediately be questioned.

The fact is ECMT makes yoga look like a joke. Anyone who disagrees just simply does not understand the way that the human mind works. Yoga is not based on the way that the mind works. ECMT not only is but it's the only form of meditation that is.

You won't see those individuals ever make any mention of the energy factor. To do that, they would be doing something that they've tried so desperately not to do, and that is to actually mention something that is said in my book. Up to this point in time, the people who have been trying to mislead the public have very carefully tried to dance around mentioning anything that's actually said in the book. They know that it's a very interesting book and to do so would just pique the public's interest in the book. Consequently, what they do is just look for something that they can quote out of context, which is essentially all that they're doing with their claims pertaining to mind shutdown.

The problem is some of these individuals haven't limited their remarks to just the casual and misleading quote out of context. Some have posted what have clearly been malicious and deliberately misleading lies about my book "The Fabulous Energy-Control Meditation Technique and more..." For instance, one sick-minded lapdog for yoga, who claims to have borrowed a copy to read, posted a review of my book on Amazon.com that contained the following insane lie: "It was just the author
rambling about not eating red meat."

The review that's currently posted on Amazon.com by some coward hiding behind the alias "Cinco de Mayo" is also a lie that was deliberately posted with the specific intent to mislead the public into falsely believing that my technique is yoga.

My response to this behavior: People who tell lies with the delberate intent to mislead the public are insane in the purest essence of the word. They can hate me if they want, but don't hurt the public, for crying out loud.

The bottomline is you need to be aware that there's a small but deranged group of people within the pro-yoga community who will stop at nothing in their attempts to try to smear both my book and me. These individuals are both jealous of me - because they didn't come up with it - and fearful that ECMT will make yoga obsolete one day. In the end, though, these people have not only just ended up making gigantic fools out of themselves in public, but in some cases have even lost their sanity in the process of doing so. I have some advice on how to deal with these kinds of people: Just mention the energy factor to them and see how fast they shut up.

Take The Jesse Challenge

Written by Jesse Attreau

Since I came out with "The Fabulous Energy-Control Meditation Technique and more...," at the end of August in 2008, I've had to endure being villified, attacked personally, and have had to brave a malicious smear campaign waged against both my book and me. However, all of those attacks can be attributed to a small number of pro-yoga zealots who are petrified that my ideas on meditation and how the human mind works will someday make yoga obsolete.

Although these zealots in the end have just ended up making fools out of themselves, it has still been somewhat of a pain in the butt to have to deal with that sort of thing in the first place. But what would be much more alarming than a small bunch of pro-yoga zealots just trying to find something to quote out of context or just resorting to making up lies, would be if someone were to actually dispute any of my theories on meditation or how the human mind works that I put forth in the book.

I'm happy to say that to date, none of the smear campaigners have even attempted to try to dispute anything I say in the book. And I don't consider that to be any insignificant little thing. Keep in mind, these people want to destroy me. They want to destroy my book. Believe me, if they could've disputed something, anything, that's said in the book, they would have. The reason they haven't is because they know they can't.

What I find even more significant is that to this day, absolutely no one else has made any attempt to try to dispute any of my theories as well.

I welcome individuals to try. I would not have come out with the book if I thought that my theories could be disputed. I'm immensely glad that 3 years later not a single individual has so much as even tried to dispute my theories and 8 years you you go all the way back to the first booklet I published on my ideas.

In fact, I have so much confidence in the theories that I expressed in the book that I thought it might be fun to even go as far as to issue this challenge to people: Does anyone out there think that they can dispute any of the theories I put forth in the book? Well, feel free to take your best shot. I would particularly welcome any Ph. D.'s out there to try. You don't want the guy who was expelled from high school in his senior year to get the credit for being the one who explained the way that the human mind worked, do you? Well, take your best shot! Oh, yeah, and while you're at it, I also challenge anyone to dispute my claim that ECMT is the purest form of meditation that there is.
